Okay, I only spent about ten hours in Lima, but I was lucky enough to be shown around by a local!
We headed down to the La Punta area a peninsula sticking out into the Pacific Ocean, the houses here are large, and have great views over the Ocean. Next we headed into Miraflores and got a light snack, before heading into the centre of Lima.
You could be forgiven for thinking that you were in Spain, there's very much a colonial feel to the centre.
All too soon my time was up, and I had to head for the airport to catch my plane to Madrid.
