Countrybagging now has an RSS feed, so you don't even have to browse the website to see the updates (as long as I remember to update the feed file).
You can add the feed to your customised Google home page, or add it to the 'Web Clips' section of your Gmail account.
If you've got a clever browser (like Opera) you'll notice the little rss logo to the right hand side of the Countrybagging URL in the address box, click on it and the countrybagging rss feed should be added to your feed reader.
If you don't do Google, and have another type of browser that doesn't 'do' RSS, then just enter http://countrybagging.com/feed.xml into your favourite feed reader.
